1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the jlj3 website accessible at jlj3.club and all associated services, games, features, and applications made available thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Wallet" means the jlj3 account balance denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱), from which all bets are deducted and to which all winnings are credited.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine AML regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and oversees jlj3's operations.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds credited to a Player's account by jlj3 under the terms of a specific promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's Wallet derived from actual cash deposits, as distinct from Bonus Credits.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction outside the Philippines, from which jlj3 does not accept registrations or wagers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jlj3 Platform and/or creating an Account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jlj3's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply continuously and supersede all prior agreements or representations.

jlj3 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version is always available at jlj3.club/terms-conditions.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the jlj3 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a resident of or physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and each wager;
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from jlj3 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of jlj3, nor an immediate family member of such an individual;
7. Participating in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction and you bear sole responsibility for determining this;
8. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

jlj3 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4. Account Registration

Registration on the jlj3 Platform is free of charge. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited regardless of the means of registration (different phone numbers, emails, or devices do not constitute separate eligible accounts if they belong to the same individual).

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid Philippine mobile number, a chosen password, and any additional fields required. You must promptly update your Account information whenever a change occurs. jlj3 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jlj3 will never contact you to request your password via any channel, including live chat, SMS, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account before you report an unauthorized access to jlj3 support is your responsibility.

5. KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR's player identification requirements and the Republic of the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), jlj3 is required to verify the identity and age of all registered players prior to processing the first withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, Passport, LTO Driver's License, PRC ID, SSS/GSIS ID, or UMID card); and
• A recent selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document.

jlj3 may additionally request proof of address, source of funds documentation, or enhanced due diligence materials for high-volume accounts or where required by applicable law. KYC documents are stored securely and processed in accordance with jlj3's Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period notified by jlj3 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account suspension.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the jlj3 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (₱). jlj3 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Processing times vary by payment method as specified in the platform's payment information section.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed;
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
3. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the jlj3 Account;
4. Bonus Credits that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal;
5. jlj3 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional verification is required under Philippine AML obligations;
6. jlj3 may withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, system errors, or policy breaches;
7. Winnings generated through play funded solely by Bonus Credits that have not completed wagering requirements are not withdrawable until requirements are met.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the jlj3 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. A bet is considered accepted when the Platform issues a confirmation and a transaction reference. jlj3 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where a bet was placed after the event, market, or game round had concluded;
• Where a system error, technical fault, or software malfunction resulted in incorrect odds, credits, or game outcomes being displayed;
• Where it is determined that a player had access to non-public information that was material to the outcome;
• Where bets were placed in contravention of these Terms or applicable law.

In live dealer games, the decision of the presiding dealer and/or studio operator is final subject to the jlj3 dispute resolution process. In sports betting, jlj3 may rely on official result sources. Any discrepancy between in-play data displayed and the official result shall be resolved in favour of the official result.

jlj3 is not responsible for any losses arising from network connectivity issues on the player's side that result in an incomplete gaming session. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game, jlj3's server records shall be the sole authoritative record of the state of play at the point of disconnection.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

jlj3 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time of the offer and form part of these Terms when accepted.

General bonus conditions include the following unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus Credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be converted to a withdrawable Real Money Balance;
• Only bets on eligible game categories contribute toward Wagering Requirements, as specified in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting Wagering Requirements;
• jlj3 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice;
• Claiming a bonus through fraudulent means, including use of multiple accounts or collusion, results in immediate forfeiture and account suspension;
• Bonuses are available to players in the Philippines only and jlj3 may restrict eligibility to specific player segments at its discretion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the jlj3 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under any alias;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other players in live games, including sharing hand information in live poker or dealer games;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate credits or winnings that would not otherwise have accrued;
• Placing bets using proceeds of criminal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory via VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention tool;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlj3 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after wagering has commenced.

10. Responsible Gaming

jlj3 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming as a core operational obligation, not merely a compliance requirement. The Platform provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the player;
• Loss Limits: Alerts and hard limits on net losses within a specified period;
• Session Duration Timers: Automatic notifications and optional hard stops after a configured session length;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform, which jlj3 will implement within 24 hours of a request;
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying time spent and net activity.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by registering a new account. Such attempts are a breach of these Terms and PAGCOR regulations. jlj3 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and implements technical controls to enforce them.

All gaming on jlj3 is subject to the minimum age of 21 years. jlj3 uses age verification technology and KYC processes to enforce this restriction. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlj3 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks, text, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of jlj3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without jlj3's prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlj3's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any withdrawals made in that period.

jlj3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if jlj3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not apply to losses arising from jlj3's fraud or wilful misconduct.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. jlj3 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

jlj3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority;
• Where jlj3 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that continued Account operation poses a risk to the Platform or other players.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jlj3 support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after settlement of pending bets will be refunded to the player's verified payment account, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and any applicable verification requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jlj3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file (mobile number or email) and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, unless the change is required immediately by law or regulatory directive.

If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlj3 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts, specifically those with jurisdiction in Metro Manila.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are required to contact jlj3 support to attempt resolution through jlj3's internal dispute process. jlj3 will acknowledge dispute submissions within 2 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Disputes that cannot be resolved through jlj3's internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
